Three Tiers is owned and operated by Leanne Howie.  With the help of her mother, Mary Oliver, Three Tiers bakes fresh to order goodies for customers across Southwest Kansas.  Three Tiers is inspected and licensed by the state of Kansas as a retail and wholesale bakery.  Our service is backed by our membership in the Satanta Chamber of Commerce.
